This is a 3ds LL in Tomodachi Life. It is a Japanese import, but the region has been changed to the US. It's tested and in good condition. Includes necessary apps to keep your system running efficiently. 
The console is in good condition condition. There are numerous small scratches/scuffs on the back shells.  Screens may have tiny marks or scratches or  may have dust particles that can't be seen in gameplay. There are no dead or bright pixels. It's a great console and a neat design. The stylus is slightly loose. We can exchange it for an OEM yellowed one or non Oem white one. Any imperfections  are reflected in the price.
