This is a 3DS XL in PAL/Princess Pink. It is a European import, but the region has been changed to the US. It's tested and in good condition. Includes necessary apps to keep your system running efficiently. 
The console is in great, used condition. There are a few small paint chips, scuffs, and scratches on the back and hinge buttons. See photos. Consider a glitter shell to cover any imperfections and make it sparkle!  Choose the glitter 3ds XL shell set. The screens are in good condition. The top screen has some light scratches that can't be seen in gameplay. There may be dust particles underneath the screen, not visible during gameplay. There are no bright or no dead pixels. It's a great console, and the color was only released in Europe! Any imperfections are reflected in the price.
