This is a 3ds LL in Dragon Quest. It is a Japanese import, but the region has been changed to the US. It's tested and in good condition. Includes necessary apps to keep your system running efficiently. 
The console is in very good condition. The body may have a few light scratches. The screens are flawless with no marks or bright pixels. There may be dust under the screen byt it does nit affect gameplay. It is a great console!
